HeavyDuty Protection Mat Warranty

HeavyDuty mats are made to exacting standards from the finest materials and carry a 5 year unconditional manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase against factory defects or premature wear out. Furthermore, there is an additional 5 year pro-rata warranty covering the same conditions. These warranties are for the exclusive benefit of the original retail purchaser and are not transferable. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for a cost exceeding the original retail selling price of a damaged mat or mats. In the event a mat has been used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed and sold, the warranties are null and void. If a disagreement arises as to what constitutes premature wear out the final decision will be made by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent. This warranty is void if the mats are not properly installed or if damaged by willful abuse. No Dealer or representative has authority to exceed the above warranty.
